10B has worn me down. At times I felt so close, but apparently not close enough. I think I’ve picked up on the areas that are hinted I should be looking out for, but can’t seem nail it. I think I’m too tired now to go on.
Congratulations to all who have completed 10B successfully before midnight (or even completes it at all)- that is of course assuming it’s possible. I’d also like to say a massive thank you to Harry and the team at University of Southampton, and all those who sponsor this event. This is the last time I can participate in the cipher challenge, and it’s been fantastic. I am going on to study Computer Science at university, and this challenge reminds me exactly why I fell in love with computational maths / logic in the first place.
Me and the team at WBHS fully intend to keep having a go at 10B, maybe once a hint or two is revealed we’ll have more luck.
Best of luck to everyone
Merry Christmas,
Agent Sierra
