I’ve got a friend on another team who’s forgotten her password and upon completing the reset password form, hasn’t been sent a link. Any ideas on why this might be happening/ how to fix?
[Step 1: check any and all places that the email could have ended up (such as junk or clutter folders)
Step 2: try again, to make sure you didn’t typo anything while requesting the reset. Also check any other email accounts you might have managed to sign up with (and their junk folders).
Step 3: email [email protected], saying what you tried, and an elf can try and get to the bottom of it.
